-Assisting on new fixture designs on SolidWorks-Create technical drawing for the components of new fixture system-Search and find new suppliers for machining of new projects components -Assisting in the purchasing stages-Follow-up , checking and reporting of machining parts produced at suppliers -To share a weekly general status report to our customers with whom we have projects-To support the internal assembly and customer installation works of the projects.

-Creating / placing technical drawings on AutoCAD for the product suitable for door and window systems on architectural projects and presenting them to the customer.-Making a project-based cost calculation in line with the customer's request and preparing a price offer.-Creating work orders for finalized projects and parts to be produced, and giving work orders to the Workshop.- Assisting with stock tracking and purchasing.-To make the general follow-up and reporting of the production.-To follow up the Quality Control and final control stages.-Assisting in small-scale Import/Export transactions.

I gained experience about high pressure casting of aluminum alloys and mechanical/surface treatments within Mita Kalıp ve Döküm Sanayii A.Ş.As part of my Workshop Internship,-New product planning process and flowcharts-Production of aluminum alloys taken as raw material by means of high pressure aluminum casting presses in melting furnaces-Quality control of semi-finished products after casting (surface and internal cracks etc.)-Mechanical and surface treatment processes of semi-finished products (CNC Turning/Milling operations, sealing tests etc.)-Finished product quality control (theoretical information about the use of CMM machine) and final control stagesWithin the scope of my Management Internship;-The importance of occupational health and safety-Corporate company internal structure and operation.-Theoretical information on ERP/KPI etc.-I gained theoretical knowledge on IATF / ISO 16949 / MSA / FMEA / SPC / SWOT / MEFA / 6Sigma / Feasibility / Risk Analysis etc.-Human relations within the factory.-The general duties of human resources and their importance for the company.-In-factory Organization chart / duties and differences of company departments.-I gained general information about the importance of subjects such as Purchasing/Supply chain/Capacity-Shipment Planning.
