Senior Director Of Institutional Advancement
Current- Manage the Development and Marketing departments to ensure appropriate systems, staffing, and procedures are in place to support the fundraising and marketing goals of the Center, and establish, monitor, and report on annual income and expense budgets of Development and Marketing departments to Senior Management Team and Board of Directors;- Oversee the $3.7M multi-faceted contributed income budget, including individual and corporate gifts and grants;- Together with CEO and Executive Director, and as staff representative to the Board Development Committee, develop and execute annual development plan and identify, cultivate, and solicit new and existing donors; - Coordinate with colleagues to raise funds for programs and initiatives at the Center and create an awareness and culture of philanthropy throughout the institution;- Coordinate all aspects of Annual Gala and year-round fundraising events including staffing Board Gala Committee, interfacing with vendors, managing audio/visual needs, working with venues, caterers, and more;- Serve as primary support to the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Executive Director on the ongoing Capital Campaign providing ongoing reporting, preparation of visual materials, and administrative support;- In conjunction with the Visual Communications Manager, oversee the Center's 2016 rebrand and continually work with staff on an ongoing basis to manage and maintain brand;- Work with program staff to implement effective marketing and communications plans for successful, rapidly growing programs;- Liaison with Graphic Designers and oversee production of all collateral institution-wide, including newsletters, arts festival materials, invitations, signage, preschool and camp materials, and more;- Develop in-kind partnerships, sponsorships, and special rates with local businesses to promote EDCJCC; - Oversee direct mail, email communications, social media strategies, gift processing and acknowledgement, and website content.
