Responsible for AutoCAD signing and stripping of bike lanes and on-street parking. Developed construction traffic management plans using a reference guide to work zone traffic control. Symbology and mapping using ArcGIS, data integration from Excel, and conducted various analyses such as inflow/outflow assessments of employees, collision analysis, and traffic analysis zone (TAZ) tagging with trip-type buckets. Used Streetlight data analysis to determine future project volumes. Handling corridor trips, local trips, pass-through trips, and regional pass-through trips, as well as base mapping and shade coverage analysis. Used Synchro to develop a comprehensive network for Sunset Boulevard on the Vision Zero corridor project integrating 12 intersections. This involved analyzing existing conditions, the future project, and the future base for AM and PM peak-hour scenarios, and considering various factors such as lane geometry, traffic volumes, phase settings from signal timing sheets, street parking, and bus blockages.Summarized reports to support community initiatives focused on bike network improvements and public health safety, as well as climate change adaptation projects. Conducted voltage drop calculations for the Sidewalk and Transit Amenities Program (STAP) and completed various mapping and infrastructure-related tasks.

As project lead, I have worked on creating an estimated budget for our upcoming in-person implementation with the rest of the team where we took travel, material, and labor cost into consideration. I have created a Gantt chart with a detailed list of all the necessary deliverables and deadlines to go with it and week after week I have created a meeting agenda with tasks for the sub-leads to complete. Additionally, I am in charge of sending out a weekly email to all our members to inform them of what is going on in the project, future events, and upcoming tasks/goals.
