Primarily, we use our core technique, Advanced Medical Hypnotherapy but we are also highly-trained and experienced multidisciplinary healers. Our unique skills combine magical elements and energies with scientific information and techniques.As Master Alchemy Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists, we draw on a toolkit of other techniques such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and up-to-date medical neuroscience. We have more than thirty years of healing and teaching experience. We are CRB-DBS checked to work with children and vulnerable adults.Our eclectic background in the healing arts utilises knowledge from Coherence Healing Meditation, Reiki, Quantum, Reflexology and other energy techniques to inform the authenticity of our work. Wellbeing relies on many aspects of “Self” being in balance.
