Preparing BOQ for over 20 projects, all in United Arab Emeratis such as :* 2 projects (G+3P+15+R)* 2 project (B+G+4+R)* 4 projects (B+G+1)* 4 projects (G+3+R)

Develop detailed designs and Reviewing project design and shopdrwaing (STR/ARCH/MEP) and coordinate between itReceiving & scheduling inspection requests; inspecting all civil activities for compliance with local civil codes, laws and approved drawingsGuiding, monitoring and inspecting the work of subcontractors and contractors to ensure compliance with set standards, project specs & client requirementsReviewing & approving materials proposed for approval prior to delivery to site, undertaking inspection of materials delivered to site as per (approved samples and material submittals)Verifying engineering documents & drawings, technical facility bases, scheduled work progress, system descriptions, specifications & risk assessment as submitted by various subcontractors / contractors; snagging defected worksRecording & maintaining accurate records and information regarding inspections and installationsObserving site Safety practices and the progress of the works, and reporting any concerns
