• Leading and Supervising Project activities under Power Block Division and ensure work is performed as planned with high level of safety. • Review Contractor's project schedule, drawings, method of statement and other related project deliverables. • Ensure that Contractor is implementing the work according to Company standards and specifications and following project schedule. • Manage the communication and interface meetings with all parties and stakeholders to overcome project challenges and to ensure project is delivered on time. • Manage project change orders requests (COR) and ensure that the CORs are not impacting project schedule and cost. • Leading and supervising 230kV GIS, 132kV GIS and 13.8kV substations design, procurement, construction, equipment installation and testing & pre-commission activities. • Manage and coordinate resources and Vendor availability at site to perform the activities. • Leading the closure of several HV and MV substations to achieve the Mechanical Performance Completion Certificate.
