Anas is currently a PhD student in Geodesy and Surveying Engineering at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He completed his master's degree (M.Eng.) in Geomatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Indonesia. His master's thesis, titled "Determination of Gravimetric Geoid Modeling for Sudan using Least Squares Collocation, Recent GGMs, and three types of DEM techniques," focused on Physical Geodesy. He graduated with a Cumulative GPA of 3.86 out of 4, earning a Distinction.Anas holds a bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering (B.Sc. Honours) with a grade of Second Class Division One. He graduated in July 2017 from Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan.His current research focuses on Earth Deformation Monitoring using Geodetic datasets (InSAR and GNSS).
