- Responsible for providing advisory support to the Rig Manager and Operations Engineer in monitoring operations, maintenance planning, budget control assistance, as well as ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and customer satisfaction.- Acting as the Focal Point for onboard leadership regarding operation and maintenance demands, analyzing purchase orders, material resupply, updated KPIs, and issued other strategic reports. - Responsible for third-party personnel: scope alignment, embarking schedule, cost control, analysis, and approval of measurement bulletins.- Liaising with QHSE, HR, Personnel Logistics, Material Logistics, Procurement, Diligence, Customs & Export, Fiscal, Controlling, and Accounts Payable departments to ensure offshore team needs were met, enhancing safety aspects, meeting mandatory requirements, asset integrity, unit efficiency, and performance.

- Supporting onboard maintenance teams in the computerized maintenance management system, as well as during internal and/or external audits.- Planning work orders according to the operational schedule, monitoring services by third-party inspection teams onboard, and providing support in addressing issues.- Managing preventive, predictive, and inspection maintenance plans, issuing technical alerts, and ensuring compliance with maintenance management procedures and standards.

- Responsible for approving revisions of maintenance plans for maritime units and conducting maintenance system audits to identify non-conformances, suggesting process improvement opportunities.- Preparing and spreading technical alerts, identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance planning, and supporting the maintenance supervisors in technical information control.🏆 Rebuilding the planned maintenance system, sorting the equipment based on ABNT NBR ISO 14224 (May/2019 to Apr/2020).🏆 Spare parts management based on maintenance planning, optimizing the level of stock via the strategical distribution of the spare parts between the offshore units' warehouses (February/2018 to November/2018).🏆 Member of BOP BOM (2013/2014) and BOP Failure Analysis (2015/2016), both part of the BOP 100% Program.

- Responsible for activities related to Training and Development: Managing the Accelerated Training Program for offshore functions, as well as the Young Apprentice Program, in addition to planning and controlling mandatory training for offshore employees
