Projects:First ring road Project, around the grand Mosque Makkah, KSA (Client: mof.gov.sa, Main Contractor: SBG, MEP Contractor: vision), (From Jan. 2013 till Dec. 2017).Supervision Responsibilities:• Leading a team of electrical engineers for managing and reviewing shop drawing transmittals, material submittals, inspection requests, site instructions, nonconformance report and the work progress at site.• Reviewing the required materials submittals for approval as per contract document.• Respond to the submitted RFIs by contractor.• Sorting out discrepancies of design drawings.• Analyzing variation orders, payment certificates and BOQs.• Attending the factory acceptance tests for equipment at the countries of origins.• Testing and commissioning of various MEP systems installed on site and prepare the required snag list.• Attending progress and Technical meeting with stakeholders, contractors and designers.• Following safety regulation on site according to OSHA standards.

Responsibilities:• Review a construction schedule and monitor and control activities accordingly.• Review daily plans and set targets for the team for work to be executed.• Manage Project Contract ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and avoid gold plating.• Insure highest level of customer satisfaction.• Identify ways to manage Risks and address opportunities to deliver the project as targeted.• Manage Claims and Variations orders submission to consultant and client.• Conduct team building activities, active communications and Lesson learned with the project team.• Take full accountability over project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up & re-forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition • Review payment certificates prior submitting to the consultant.• Attend Progress and technical meeting with stakeholders.• Be actively involved with Sales & Tendering team to get a successful project handing over.• Follow up AS Built, T&C, O&M and final handing over of the project.

Responsibilities:• Revise the submitted shop drawings from the clients.• Prepare a complete technical report for the submitted materials to SDEDC.• Help in SCEDC specification preparation.• Attend FAT of all electrical equipment according to IEC standards at the manufacturing facility.• Construction of all Electrical Systems like MV Switchgears, LV Distribution Panels, Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Cables, distribution Transformer and Panel Boards.• Solving Low and Medium voltage equipment trouble shootings.
