Work Description:• Plan the projects according to the requirement delivery date from customer. Plan for the internal resources and also customer commitment delivery date. •Publish the project plan KLA F160 Simba Machine (Pipeline) to customer to ensure all the material availability is in the delivery schedule, and present to customer and commit the delivery date.• Act as main gate to communicate with customer for the F160 Simba project plan, project change request (ECO), project monthly review and update any issue on the long lead times item, buyoff checklist, reports, and any information needed for KLA Operation team or Engineering Team.• Lead or conduct daily meeting with own production team to update the status of the Simba projects, plan according to the delivery plan.• Responsible to the quality assembly on the machine setup, basic calibration, alignment module on the machine. Ensure the standard of the quality of the machine is according to the specification by the check sheet and accepted by the customer and able deliver the machine to the customer.•Create new or improve existing Working Instructions and Check sheet on Simba F160 Module Assembly to ensure the quality of F160 handle machine.• Follow up on new implementation of the documentation: Working Instruction, check sheet and ECO implementation as request by KLA.• Train new Assembly Engineer for Simba 160 Machine setup, integration, assembly and fine tune F160 Machine Handler.• Work together with KLA Manufacturing Engineer & System Engineer to define and create process of Engineering Change Order Documentation (ECO). Responsible for ECO implementation on the machine tools upgrade and also after sales tools machine.
