Making sure that partner has required materials, capacity (DL), WH space, among others, to support HP's build plans on time and assuring a high quality product. Track and act on weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's to assure an overall healthy operations. First point of communication between partner and HP for any issue that can affect the operations at partner's facilities.

In charge of making sure that HP's manufacturing partner has a healthy inventory level, that will mitigate/minimize any assurance of supply issue for a printer manufacturing operations in Mexico. Weekly review of supply vs demand to identify any possible AoS risk to meet with HP's requirements. Review of buffer strategy levels to make sure levels are healthy enough to support upsides in requirements from HP. Also in charge of monthly invoice for PPV's, QV;s, EOL scraps, Inventory Revaluation, and other exceptional items that relate to inventory management.

In charge of not only NPI (new product introduction) but also current product engineering support. For LaserJet printing business in americas region. It's mostly a remote support as our current manufacturing partner is in Mexico, although it does involve a lot of travel to the US and Mexico. The job its a combination of Project Management and product engineering. It requires to work with and understand at high level the supply chain (planning, purchasing, logistics, etc) as well as the engineering teams (R&D, testing, quality, etc).
