Responsibilities:• Mainly responsible for overseas hiring (Singapore, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea).• Mainly responsible for recruitment of Logistics & Supply Chain, E-commerce industries.• Worked closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements for the position.• Reporting to the Director of the company.• Conducted follow-up activities and maintain relationships with candidates.• Used Vincere CRM software to manage pipelines and track recruitment progress.Talent Acquisition:- Gather key information to determine if candidates are a good match, based on the job description and the candidate’s resume- Understand clients’ requirements, and clients’ USP to get candidates to be interested in the role/company- Review resumes, cover letters, and assess interview performance to understand the candidate’s profile before sending the profiles to clients- Bring new hiring ideas to the tables for clients by keeping abreast of people trends in their industries- Attract candidates through a variety of outlets, such as job postings, and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.Business Development- Conduct research on industry and competitor trends (through data collection, and surveys)- Branding of business or personal accounts to attract clients/candidates- Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing for suitable talents- Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients- Understand clients’ business and culture inside out, as well as successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements- Identify target audience and platforms used by them (e.g. LinkedIn, Weibo, WeChat, etc) and actively engage with clients/candidates on these channels- Actively managing client pipeline and developing plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business growth goals with team- Tailor sales pitch or demo according to each specific prospect
