- Project : Electrical Express Train (HSR) Construction of AL-AYAT Station, Budget: 880 Millions.- Owner: Ministry of Transport, National Authority for Tunnels (NAT).- Consultant: SYSTRA Egypt Consultant, ECG Engineering Consultant Group.- Experience: Mega national project with challenges that include the construction of all concrete and finishing works necessary for the construction and operation of the electric train station, including but not limited to: concrete works, finishing works, electrical works, etc. Implementation of the entire infrastructure network of the station, including fire-fighting pipes, fire alarm cables, sewer and water lines, etc. Monitoring the movement of equipment on site and its use in the implementation.

- Project 1 : Al-Jifjafa Correctional & Rehabilitation Center-Industries Complex- Budget : 15 Billion EGP is being executed by 10 of the largest contracting companies in Egypt, Dar Al-Alamia Company is executing work worth 3 Billion EGP.- Experience : Mega national project with challenges involving large companies to construct all concrete and finishing works for the construction and commissioning of many different types of buildings at the project, including but not limited to: Industrial Complex Hospital, typical prison buildings like Prisoners' reception building, prisoners' wards, training building, service building, mosques, playgrounds, and prison walls, etc. Executed the entire infrastructure network for all above-mentioned areas, including firefighting pipes, fire alarm cables, sewage and water lines, etc. Monitored the movement of equipment on site and used in implementation. - Project 2 : Galala University- Budget : 5 Billion EGP is being executed by 3 of the largest contracting companies in Egypt, with Dar Al-Alamia Company executing work worth 2 Billion EGP.- Experience : National project to construct 3 college buildings: the college of engineering, pharmacy, and food industries; the university hospital building. Involved in the execution of all concrete and finishing work, implementation of the entire finishing activities for all buildings, installation of the roof waterproofing system, commissioning and testing of entire electrical and mechanical systems including but not limited to H-VAC system, lighting system, grounding system, and fire alarm system. Additionally, responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical and mechanical building units and execution of the entire infrastructure network for all aforementioned areas, including firefighting pipes, fire alarm cables, sewage, and water lines, etc.

International- Experience: Preparing contract documents, supervising the construction of a phase of the wall of the Grand Egyptian Museum , with a length of 5 km out of a total length of 20 km of the museum wall of all concrete and finishing works and supervising the technical office's work from making shop drawings, quantity surveying, extracting- Project 2: New Ismailia City- Budget: 145 Million EG- Owner: Egyptian Ministry of Housing- Main Contractor: Armed Forces Eng. Authority- Consultant: Sabbour Consulting- Experience: The project consisted of : 1-Construction of 5 residential buildings 2- Finishing works of 20 residential villasExecution of construction, architectural, electrical, mechanical works, etc. Preparation of a list of quantities of materials required for the construction process. Contracting with all contractors to complete the work. Supervision of the technical office's work, including shop drawing, quantity surveying, extracts, and execution of the entire infrastructure network, including water and sewage lines-Project 3: Mit Ghamr Water Treatment Plant Construction-Budget: 25 Million EGP-Owner: National Authority For Potable Water & Sewage-Main Contractor: Armed Forces Eng. Authority-Consultant: Prof. Dr. Magdy Mowafy Consulting-Experience: Review the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). Preparation of a list of quantities of materials required for the construction process. Contracting with all contractors to complete the work. Approve subcontractors’ invoices according to work executed on site. Preparing shop drawing, quantity surveying, extracts, etc. Review weekly/monthly reports related to the project& follow up the project’s status. Provide technical support to site engineers if required

- Project : National Museum of Egyptian Civilization and Royal Mummies (Fustat, Cairo).- Budget : 145 Million EGP, with Almarakby Company executing all works.- Owner : The Supreme Council of Antiquities.- Main Contractor : Hassan Allam Sons Company.- Consultant : El Ghazali Kesseiba Architectural Consultant.- Experience : Supervised plain and reinforced concrete works under roads inside the museum and the finishing works for the museum’s entrance and escape stairs. Also supervised landscaping works for the museum, the lake, and the road works inside the museum.

- The place No.1: Armed Forces Cement Factory (Arish, North Sinai)Worked as: An engineer officer supervising civil works for production lines and fences.- The place No.2: A factory to produce prestressed concrete, producing concrete slabs with lengths 12m (4th sector, Ismailia).Worked as: - Mixer engineer responsible for producing ready-mixed concrete required for pouring. Maintained and calibrated all mixing systems, and monitored all materials needed for production. - Concrete pouring machine engineer (extruder) responsible for pumping concrete into a special mold using pressure, then curing the concrete with steam, and finally cutting the concrete 24 hours after pouring according to the construction site's requirements.- The concrete factory engineer conducted tests on all materials used in the mixture, monitored and adjusted mixing ratios, took samples and cubes daily, monitored concrete cube crushing results, and oversaw the entire production process from mixing to supplying the site.- The place No.3: Al-Raswa city 200 Residential Building (Port Said City) Worked as: Site manager responsible for overseeing all site work, including site organization, management and service areas for workers, concrete mixing, plastering, surveying, laboratory testing, and implementation.
