I have Been Assigned As a Project Engineer for Infrastructure projects within EETD including : - October Dry Port Project - Pyramids Industrial Park ( Plot10 & 11) - Sadat Industrial Park - NDHPS7 Sub- Station and My responsibilities are : - Following up with daily Activities to ensure the project following the project schedule - Preparing Client's invoices and revising the sub-contractor's invoices - Initiating Subcontractors' Contracts, amendments & VOs. - Initiating Material Purchasing Orders - Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and report on financial status. - Assisting the PM in Project Budget Creation & Adjustments - Assisting in Risk Identification and Management - Following up with the Company's Different Departments to liaise all needed Documents related to the project - Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes in scope. - Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits

I joined Elsewedy Electric T&D as a Senior Project Survey Engineer and my Duties Are: - Perform a Survey of the Proposed Projects' site during the tendering stage to check the site condition and report any condition that might conflict with the project's Standard or Contract.- Monitor the survey activities and ensures the proper following of methods to ensure accurate measurements.- Check all data retrieved from conducting surveys including calculations and measurements, drawing, layouts, etc., and ensures accuracy.- Ensure that all observations and findings are properly recorded for analysis and reporting to the concerned departments- Ensure the proper usage, maintenance, and safekeeping of all survey instruments.- Monitor control point marks and ensure it is not removed or displaced.- GNSS Static Observations Panning & Data Processing

I Have been Assigned as Site Manager for the exuction of Infrastructure nteworks for " October Dry Port" including : - Potable Water Network - Fire Fighting Network - Sewage Network - Storm Network - MV Package - LV Package - LC Package and Me Responsibilities are : - Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management, and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution. - Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts during construction, implementing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary- Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.

 Topographic survey for various Projects including (Horizontal and vertical Control Point establishment, Grid and detailed Survey). Dimension control – verification of design Vs as-built in high accuracy routine. GPS data acquisition using various techniques (RTK, Static, PPK) and data processing/network adjustment Quantity Survey for multiple projects to report volumetric quantities for various project stages Pipeline Survey (alignment, installation and as-built surveys). GIS and Remote Sensing (Satellite Imagery geo-reference – ArcGIS full digitization and geo-database) Utility Mapping for buried utilities using GPR and metal detectors Bathymetric Survey (SBES, MBES, RTK & Differential Positioning).
