Implementation of a tool for signing contracts in digital format. Structuring of virtual training for all users of the tool. Direct contact with the functional team to resolve doubts and include CHATBOT as a communication tool. The results are: business continuity from the digital signing of the contract and fast and efficient/standardized communication. I participated as coordinator of the recognition program for good agricultural producers, with the activities of bringing together a functional group to define the criteria to be used for recognition of the producer, defining priority criteria for establishing sustainability to be used as program parameters, evaluating forms of availability of the resource for recognition of the producer. Structured the change of the existing system, for a more modern system for crop monitoring and investment and production controls in the field for integrated and verticalized culture with the main activities: verification of all investment functionalities and approval matrix model, evaluation of all the existing functionalities and the need for improvement/correction for the new system and carrying out a competition process with Brazilian and international companies. Led the change in credit availability methodology, reduction of defaults and inclusion of extrajudicial and judicial collection processes. The new methodology generated a reduction of more than 1% in the crop debt compared to the previous year, representing BRL 1.5 MIO compared to the previous year. Show less

The main actions were: implementation of procedures for special jobs, implementation of AST procedures (task safety analysis), implementation of campaigns to improve the safety climate, establishment of performance indicators for top management and implementation of behavioral observation in all the sectors of the company (BBS). The result was a 90% reduction in LTI, a safe behavior index of over 85% and more than 1000 days without accidents at work in the company's operations.Participated in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification in 5 Philip Morris units in Brazil.Implemented the fleet safety program, where it is possible to cite as main actions the implementation of a telemetry system in all vehicles in the fleet, establishing performance indicators for how to drive, training drivers to drive safely, formatting the fleet policy considering the responsibility and recognition of the driver, linking this information to the performance evaluation.
