Develop and support Stamping Process (Forming, Cut and Folding), Assembly Lines and Functional Tests;Internacional trips: 4x for trainings in Germany and 1x to Mexico to support the plant on coating process from cylinder head gaskets production lines.Implementation of productive process for cylinder head gaskets and special gaskets (from 2008 to 2019);Kaizen: optimization of the assembly line of a cam cover from 75 to 90 parts/h (2021);Investment reduction to a new assembly line (2022) from 1,7 Mio Euros to 400 K Euros;⮚ Process Definition: Define Layout, investiments, material consumption and flow charts;⮚ Lead implementation and validation of new process, and create PFMEA as well;⮚ Create specification of new equipments;⮚ Manage the data from Infra-Structure of the facility;⮚ Train Production and Maintenance on new equipments;⮚ Parametrization of the production process;⮚ Create Standard Method to Production;⮚ Create and update operational instructions;⮚ Management of routings and bill of material on SAP and Totvs Microsiga;⮚ Suport Production on pontual failures;⮚ Assure implementation of Continuous Improvement;⮚ Generate economic calculations for products in quotation phase;⮚ Create management reports by Production Manager request;⮚ Determinate packing for products on quotation phase;⮚ Suport Quality in case of customer's complaint;⮚ Contact with Head Quarter, in Germany, in cases with Industrial Know-How involved;⮚ Receive training from the Head Quarter about new processes and multiply the knowledge within the brazilian plant (experience with internacional trip);⮚ Lead Internal Team on production projects;
