• Full Survey for Land Rigs • Following the ARAMCO lifting equipment matrix• Thorough Examination of All Lifting Gears such as Wire rope slings, Shackles, Hooks, Webbing Slings, etc• Thorough Examination of Hand Powered Lifting Equipment such as Chain Block, Lever Hoist, beam trolleys and Snatch block.• Witness High Pressure Test on ( Pipe lines and connections, Cross over, Separators and Lubricators)• Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Inspection on Different Lifting Equipment.

- Assigned on Khalda project as Lifting Inspector- Issuing Certificates & Technical Reports.-Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Inspection on Different Lifting Equipment.- Thorough Examination of Cranes such as Mobile Crane, Truck-Mounted Crane, All Terrain Crane, Electrically Operated Overhead travelling Crane, Slewing Jib Cranes. - Thorough Examination of Forklifts such as Diesel operated, Electric operated.- Thorough Examination of Earth moving equipment such as Wheel loader, Excavator. - Thorough Examination of All Lifting Gears such as Wire rope slings, Shackles, Hooks, Sheave blocks, Webbing Slings, etc.- Thorough Examination of Hand Powered Lifting Equipment such as Chain Block, Lever Hoist, Winches, beam trolleys, Snatch block and Hydraulic Jacks.- Inspection of all C.C.U. according to standard BS EN 12079 and DNV 2.7-1.- Inspection of Lifting Spreaders, Empty Container.- Load test on all types of cranes and CCU

• Follow up all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) planes, schedules, Due list and History. • To train Mechanical Maintenance Technicians & welders about the instructions of machines’ manual and follow-up their work in assembly & disassembly of machines.• To prepare the spare parts list and the strategy stock (mechanical) and purchase requisition of mechanical spare parts.• To follow-up the break-down work orders of the equipment and corrective maintenance.• Carry out and follow up Predictive Maintenance (Vibration, Temperature and Pressure).

 Inspect pipelines and tightening connections using intelligent Pig Technology and trained for Hot Taping maintenance process. Monitor process indicators, instruments and gauges in order to report any possible problems.

 Start pumps and open valves and use automated equipments to regulate the flow of oil in pipelines and into and into and out of tanks. Verify that incoming and outgoing products are moving at the right flow rate.

 Assist Engineers and Technicians to solve operating problems. Test machinery to ensure that it conforms to performance specification.

 Inspect pipelines and tightened connections for the corrosion problems. Confer with technicians and submit reports of test results to engineering department to recommend safeness or material change.

 Repair and replace damaged parts for diesel motors which attached to electrical generators. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
