-To coordinate with Repairs of Aircraft components and Engines such as GE90, GP7000, CFM, Rolls Royce etc. including their Parts.-Physical Inspection of all U/S parts removed from A/C and Engines (GE 90, GP7000, Trent and CFM56) for P/N S/N verification and any physical anomalies. Raise Repair Orders for all Unserviceable Parts. While raising them calling all applicable Modifications and Warranties.-Review technical documentation and provide technical disposition after evaluation of components for cost effective repair or replacement as needed.-Checking Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), illustrated part Catalogue (IPC), Boeing/ Airbus/ GE/ RR online for different components, drawings and part numbers.-Review Shop Visit reports and check for applicable warranties and contracts. Reviewing the contracts for cost-saving and claiming warranty for recoverable parts covered under the contract.-Coordinating with Engineering Technical services, ADAT and other approved local and international agencies for repair/fabrication of items requiring repairs.-Generating reports and charts that provides visibility on progress, trends of checks, materials and costs.
