Brief Job Description:- Conducting site supervision of on-going project and write weekly reports of the project progress. - Preparing technical reports if needed. - Maintaining files of the approved shop drawings and approved material samples. - Inspects materials upon arrival according to approved samples and submittals and ensures safe storage. - Reviewing IFC drawings in alignment with finalized structural designs and project plans. - Conducting inspections of assigned project works as per approved shop drawings. - Coordinating between contractor and difference parties as required during the construction of the project. - Conducts construction inspections, reviews, and approves contractor pay requests. - Reviews and processes construction change orders. - Carry out technical studies and suggest changes to structural designs if needed. - Prepare process guides and manuals for the site construction staff based on technical specifications. - Conduct training sessions for site staff based on technical specifications and provide ongoing support. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all construction activities. - Prepare and share engineering status reports with requisite stakeholders.- Project managers and engineers of subcontractors are reporting to me with such as daily reports, BOQ, SOW, IR..etc.

Brief Job Description :- Implementing the PQP and quality control procedures and related activities in compliance with defined requirements.- Carrying out surveillance and monitoring inspections during construction works in accordance with defined inspection and test plans, standards/specifications and approved construction drawings.- Site monitoring and surveillance of subcontractors/ suppliers against detailed schedules for compliance with defined standards and specifications.- Conducting on/off site inspections for work carried out or material received and verification of associated submittals and preparation for client submittal.- Completing applicable inspection and verification checklists/reports to confirm when conformance to specification/ standard has been achieved.- Ensure quality control associated records are compiled and well maintained.- Monitoring all the third party tests for civil materials.- Preparing the weekly report for tests.- Controlling all the backfilling materials and earthwork.- Conducting finishing inspections for; block work installation, accessories, Plastering … etc.- Supervising the site staff on site and provide technical support.
