Ensure the synergy between CBUs and enforce safety procedures on sites, and ensure the standardization across all CBUs. Lead to deliver accurate inventory management, optimized inventory levels and Lead the standardization section to maintain the data integrity of the catalog in the ERP.• Ensuring that all sections provide a continuously improving level of service to internal customers through the development and regular reporting of KPI’s.• Responsible for maintaining the reliability, robustness, and quality of master data held on the ERP inventory catalog.• Set, maintain and enforce general health and safety, manual handling and safe systems of work.• Improve performance to customers via SLA’s.• Act as data integrity standardization subject matter expert for customers and ensure that the process is actively organized, managed and controlled.• Reduce the risk of multiple stock code creation of the same part.• Plan and schedule regular data cleansing activities to maintain the robustness and integrity of the inventory catalog.• Coaching and mentoring planning staff in relation to their ‘day-to-day’ duties (HQ and CBUs)• Ensure that KPI’s are produced each month in line with department policy and that issues are corrected and acted upon.• Develop new and innovative ways to maximize performance.• Attending and organizing meetings to promote, support and advise on all related issues.• Safeguarding the financial and operational interests of the Company by planning and managing demand via best practice stock control techniques.• Work towards reducing inventory value, items, and elimination of obsolete and surplus items from corporate warehouses. • Ensure correct and complete write-off activities are processed and closed.
