As a Site Engineer at Shipa for constraction, I am responsible for supervising the implementation of concrete and finishing works in various projects. I also manage the site and the subcontractors, and ensure the delivery of works to the consultants. I have been working in this role since March 2023, and I have successfully completed several projects within the budget and timeline.I have over four years of experience in the construction field, having worked as a Site Civil Engineer at Masr construction company and as a Site Engineering at Global for Engineering and Construction before joining Shipa. I have gained valuable skills in construction engineering, structural engineering, and quality control, as well as in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to create safe, efficient, and sustainable structures that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the stakeholders. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in New Damietta, where I graduated with a very good GPA and an excellent grade for my project management thesis.
