• Responsible for managing all project costs from start to finish.• To perform cost analysis for tender and quotation exercise.• Project administration and documentation including submission of progress claim, variation cost, budget and cost controls, settlement of final account, maintaining of project documentation.• Generate cost and value reports monthly and quarterly, produce accurate information on cash flow.• Responsible for the preparation of contract and tender documents.• Create request for quotation (RFQ), prepare communication and effectively approach subcontractors regarding new projects.• Perform supplier qualifications, sourcing, and negotiation for best price, commercial terms during the project execution phases.• Analyze material cost breakdowns and assess sub-contractors competitiveness. • Monitor the actual costs and judge them against the set budget, and controlled costs as needed. • Allocating work to subcontractors.• Execute cost reduction initiatives.• Attending meetings and liaising with stakeholders on commercial matters.• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.• Cultivate solid ties with sub-contractors and clients.• Physical measurement of quantities, tracking the productivity and advising on procurement strategy.

• Manage and support day-to-day sales related administrative works.• Handle sales enquiries and generate quotations.• Identify and resolve client concerns and respond to customer inquiries • Order processing. • To liaise and coordinate with other divisions internally (Production, Logistic) in regard to customer's request or delivery. • Prepare weekly & monthly report for management review (Sales report, Inventory report). • To perform project monitoring and to plan delivery schedule for each project.• To generate delivery order and create packing list for export order. • Monitoring of stock status and request for material ordering from supplier to ensure the project running smooth.• To arrange meeting and manage sales manager’s daily schedule.• To identify and prepare the potential project list for sales person to follow up.• To prepare and submit stone sample to clients and do proper records.• Managing & filing of documents.
