A- Management responsibilities.1- Participate at the Program level to develop the project charter, Project Business documents, and Project Benefit management Plan.2- Planning and monitor Project constraints during project life cycle.3- Assembling and Leading Project Team to achieve project objectives.4- Manage Issues and Risk during Project life cycle.5- Coordinate and communicate with relative stakeholders related project activities.6- Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on time.7- Integrated self into client environment to effectively leadership, project team building, and positive professional relationships with clients and associates.8- Holding regular meetings to monitor and control project plan.9- Define objectives, requirements and assumptions necessary to structure project management.10- Planning, scheduling and controlling activities to fulfill identified objectives, applying technicaland managerial skills to satisfy project requirements.11- Enforce and develop an integrated development plan to comply with the required level of detail.12- Prepare all documents related to project closeout.13- Communicate with relative stakeholder to validate all project deliverables as needed.14- Collect and document project lessons learned and update organization assets.15- Mange and develop the Project team through the project life cycle.16- Ensuring that the deliverable due dates of the product, service, or result; project life cycle; and the benefits management plan are aligned;17- Ensuring the creation and the use of the appropriate knowledge to and from the project asnecessary.18- Managing the performance and changes of the activities in the project management plan;19- Making integrated decisions regarding key changes impacting the project;20- Measuring and monitoring the project’s progress and taking appropriate action to meet projectobjectives;
