-Deals with PERKINS engines,generators, and SEM Heavy duty Machines.-Diesel engines re-building (overhaul), Component repair include the following: Water pumps, Turbocharger, Fuel pumps, Compressors, Transmissions, Torque converters, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).-Installation of Perkins generator to customer sites.-Assembling, PM, and PDI of machines Caterpillar Brand (SEM) such as Wheel loaders, Soil Compactors, Motor Graders, Type tractor.-Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of generator (Perkins engine) by using electronic diagnostic tool such as DSE configuration and Pandaros package.-Site services of generators (20KVA - 2500KVA) and machines (SEM and CAT brand machines)-Preparing technical report for job accomplished and daily service report forjob undertaken.-Top overhaul and major overhaul of Perkins engines (20KVA to 2500KVA)

-Designing and developing new electro-mechanical products, Detail design and complete development product, Problem solving and generating new ideas with Engineering calculations.-Researching and developing ideas from products and the system used to make them, Develop new approach to complex design problems.-Participating in discussions for high requirements analysis, define project schedule.-Releasing and preparing drawings for prototype and modify design (detail drawing) to meet performance requirements.-Supervising the artisan and mechanics during the manufacturing and implementation of the project.
