Apply quality assurance activities for DAL Food Exported products along the whole export chain based on international QMS-FSMS standards.

Establishment of Integrated Management System (IMS) based on QMS ISO 9001:2015, EMS ISO 14001:20215 and OHSMS ISO 45001:2018 standards.

 Supervise the establishment and implementation of IMS. Draft QHSE policies and procedures. Manage changes and ensure all documents have been updated accordingly. Plan the NUS internal audits in an annually basis. Conduct audit for all NUS processes as planned. Follow the closing of non-conformities and implementation of recommendations in a timely manner. Ensure that all QHSE documents are updated and formally distributed to all concerned parties. Check the compliance of all NUS processes to IMS and other requirements Ensure that all NUS processes are conducted in a safely manner. Investigate client’s complaints and deficiencies lists. Identify training needs and organize internal or external training programs to meet the required QHSE standards. Analyze safety reports sent by NUS sites, and ensure compliance to safety standards. Help the suppliers and subcontractors to meet the specified quality requirement. Review and update emergency plans for all NUS sites and ensure that it has been frequently exercised and evaluated. Set the annual QHSE plan. Act as a QHSE Manager in his / her absence

 Plan and execute IMS internal Audits to check the implementation and effectiveness of the system. Organize Management Review Meetings. Collect data for measurement to QHSE Objectives; analyze them in accordance to KPIs required. Prepare and maintain all ISO required documentation. Approve and supervise of internal training programs. Verify Corrective Action Reports and Preventive Action Reports. Work to develop and enhance QHSE procedures and forms. Issue regulations and work instructions concerning related to these procedures and follow-up implementation. Control permanent over the conditions of occupational health and safety work sites to ensure their suitability. Coordinate and follow-up checks for incoming raw materials and verification of compliance with specifications and commitment supplier's delivery terms. Participate in Second party audit for suppliers and partners. Chair and manage the works of Submission document preparatory committee and ensure its compliance with EFQM standards.

 Participate as a QHSE team member in establishing, implementing and maintaining the QHSE management system within the company. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for Non-conformities discovered. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints. Continuous improvement of activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of QHSE systems. Develop internal training to build QHSE awareness. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. Support the QHSE Inspectors to ensure that processes comply with the relevant requirements of the QHSE system. Contribute to developing a comprehensive system for QHSE documentation in the company, such as QHSE manuals, procedures, processes, work instructions… etc. Planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving/outgoing QHSE functions. Manage supplier’s performance and conduct audits. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions. Continuously improving QA receiving inspection and process. Preparation of QA reports. Design and implement periodic questionnaires to measure the degree of employee satisfaction level, analyze the results and recommend for QHSE management actions if required. Continuing monitoring over the safety and Suitability of the work place, raising a monthly report to QHSE manager. Participate in the formulation and preparation of the organization submission document for the annual contest for the Presidential Award of Excellence in accordance with the principles of the European Excellence Model (EFQM).
