New suppliers and technologies were thus developed, fulfilling the goals defined in the plans;• Developed the cooling modules of ATEGO NGA program for Daimler AG (Germany) with technical proposals that satisfied compliance with EURO 6 legislation (Europe), keeping within deadlines, the budget and profitability established by the project;• Coordinated the Brazilian team in developing cooling modules for the VM / Midlum programs of VOLVO do Brasil / Renault Trucks with solutions that surpassed expectations for EURO 4 and 5 legislation, generating an increase in revenues due to the volume exported;• Organized and coordinated the implementation of electronic clutches of vehicles ATEGO and AXOR Mercedes-Benz, whose goal was to reduce fuel consumption. The goal was achieved with success, ensuring turnover for the operation;• Played an integral role in the project for modifying radiators in the Mercedes-Benz truck and bus lines by changing material and communicating items, resulting in MAHLE's largest cost reduction program with the customer. This activity was honored with the 19th Premio Interação

• Produced cooling systems for commercial vehicles, encompassing cost calculations, interpretation of standards, model analysis (FEA/CFD) and validation tests. New programs were introduced as a result, boosting revenue and new business opportunities;• Participated in cost reduction programs by proposing modifications in materials and components. These proposals yielded solutions and consequent designations for the projects, thanks to a rise in competitiveness, observing compliance with the specifications.

• Took part in the project to transfer the production methods of radiators from the Germany plant to Brazil, boosting the production capacity for new businesses;• Devised and initiated new production, machine and device processes for manufacturing radiators (water and air) using cost, feasibility and capacity calculations, generating improvements in machines and production methods with a reduction in costs and investments.

• Processed and implemented sales of lubricants and services for the southern region of the country. Subsequently, assigned to operations in the countryside of São Paulo state, contributing to a growth in the customer base and revenues for the region;• Participated in the ISO certification preparation process by drafting procedures and defining standards. As a result, ISO 9000/9001 certification was received in 1998.
