Construction of 10 housing towers, Print Foot area 5000 m2. Each Consists of bad room + basement + mezzanine + 10 repeated floors. The under base structure is raft foundation constructed upon 1400 bearing piles each diameter 60 cm & depths 14 meters. The foundation is submerged under the level of water table. All buildings are turnkey finish work.It contains also the infrastructure like Potable water pipe lines, sewage lines with manholes, fire protection system, low tension cables, medium tension cables and land escape.

1-Have a signature for all in going communications and maintains an effective relation with other functional departments, client with the field activities.2-Execute the works in compliance with management and supervision the contract specifications, project design and QA/QC procedures as well as within the project schedule.3-Responsible for ensuring development and execution of Project Management Plan (PMP), safety plan, site survey plan, non-manual staffing plan, subcontracting plan, Construction Execution Plan, procurement plan and job-site work rules.4-Implements Zero Accident Philosophy, security, housekeeping, and fire protection on the site.5-Ensures the field organization is composed of qualified and knowledgeable personnel, and ensures effective personnel utilization.6-Coordinate and manage construction requirements, schedules, material and equipment.7-Coordinate and monitor compliance of Construction regarding permits and relevant laws.8-Responsible for implementation of effective community relations plan for sites.9-Coordinates with contractor to identify, where possible, the construction solutions, methodologies or alternative time schedule. 10-Approve the monthly bill of works of the contractor.11-Report progress of work and problems weekly, monthly and periodical meeting with all parties.
