• Implement training plans and facilitate training course delivery in order to enable individuals and the organization to acquire necessary knowledge, skills and abilities;
• Designing and developing measures of assessment, templates and other course ware such as presentation slides, participant workbooks, facilitator’s guidebook, etc;
• Liaise with external training providers to source the right and competitive learning and development solutions for individuals and organization as a whole;
• Maintain accurate learning and development records of all employees in order to track and support their performance and career progress;
