• Developing and implementing learning program ( CDP, IDP, LDP, General onboarding & construction onboarding program. • Liaising with line managers to produce & execute functional learning & development plans for the team.

• Conduct competency development plans and activities for all department and projects.• Design engineer development training program to equip them sets of skills, standardized knowledge, and support them to reach their career goals • Communicate training needs with line managers to ensure maximum accommodation of learning needs.• Identify people deficiencies and propose learning solutions which contribute to business results.• Write training proposals to submit to head of department and/or business unit head for approval.

• Identify training needs for the organisation, develop training road maps to enhance employees' skills and capabilities and take lead to improve training and assessment programmes for continuous improvements• Developing training plans, managing execution and measuring the result. • Design the training materials, monitoring and develop the operation training program• Conduct a regular training to all store staff through the class training and follow up the result. • Develop the SOP, strengthen and oversee implementation • Manage store staff headcount, manpower planning and working roster. • Manage the design and implementation of the performance evaluation • Assist to review store staffs promotion and performance coaching.

• Design, Develop and implement orientation programs for new employees. • Train the sales associates on how to promote company’s products and services effectively• Coaching store staff for service improvement, disciplining and hygiene. • Develop strategic plan for store and preparing for opening new store.

• Conduct induction program to new comers and facilitate for all aspects of L&D program. • Assist learning & development manager in carrying out the learning and development need analysis in order to provide the right learning solutions to individual and organization as a whole; • Implement training plans and facilitate training course delivery in order to enable individuals and the organization to acquire necessary knowledge, skills and abilities; • Designing and developing measures of assessment, templates and other course ware such as presentation slides, participant workbooks, facilitator’s guidebook, etc; • Liaise with external training providers to source the right and competitive learning and development solutions for individuals and organization as a whole; • Maintain accurate learning and development records of all employees in order to track and support their performance and career progress; • Carrying out training evaluation in order to measure the impact of learning and development program rolled out;• Publish and update course contents onto the learning management system platforms; and develop, maintain and update course descriptions and catalogues on the regular basis; • Translate text and lessons from English to Khmer/ Khmer to English
