Job Description:• Familiarize and understand the works and processes in the maintenance departments.• Support the company for its readiness to accept, operate and maintain the new EMU from supplier• Understand the full functionality of existing EMU• Understand the provisions of the contract for the purchase of new EMU• Verify during all phases of the delivery of EMU that all provisions and specifications of the Contract have been met and delivered by EMU supplier• Attend discussions and prepare minutes of meeting on matters related to the new EMU purchase.• Coordinate with all relevant departments within the company ensure information exchange and responsibility coordination is managed properly for the receipt of the new EMU.• To be stationed at Supplier factory to carry out surveillance during manufacturing phase of the new EMU, when necessary.• Review, witness and verify all necessary tests are done in accordance with relevant standards and are documented correctly.• Prepare timely all necessary documents, including but not limited to surveillance report, design review report and test witness report during the entire course of the delivery of the new EMU.• Acquire detailed knowledge of the EMU and transfer these via training and discussion to the other personnel involved in the maintenance of the EMU.• Support rolling stock department in getting ready to accept and maintain new EMU, including but not limited to skill preparation, hardware and equipment readiness of the workshop.• Review proposals from supplier and make objective comparison between them, ensure interface issues between old and new equipment are properly managed.Experience:1)Nov 2015 to July 2016: Has been stationed in CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. for 8 months from to carry out surveillance during manufacturing phase of the new EMU.2) Nov 2015 to July 2016: Has attended and witness railway system FAT and FAI at supplier factory.

Work Description -Had 2 months experience in product testing such as unit system performance, reliability and sound test.- Designed refrigeration system components for outdoor unit.-Prepared bills of material creation in SAP for products.-Prepared technical specification and estimate price for customer.-Able to handle project and make sure it delivered on time.-Work in a tough working environment and independent in carrying project.-Learnt PROE WILDLIFE, GstarCAD and Autocad LT in designing the product from 3D modeling till 2D stage.-Check and verify the material accordingly to the specification drawing.-Follow up and complete the task assigned.- Work with other departments to ensure the product is launched smoothly on time -Able to present well own idea or proposal to customer and management. -Support in production line for product trial run -Responsible in cost down project and quality improvement project.-Can communicate well with all people from different levels in managements.-Dealing with supplier for material orders used in development and quality improvements on their process.-Joined as company internal auditor on ISO9001 and ISO 14001 yearly.-Familiar with IEC standard, EMC directives and European regulation directives.

Work Description as Internship Trainee:-Developed friendly interface user software used as production counter for each production line.-Learnt Microsoft Visual Basic language and Microsoft SQL Server.-Ensure and monitoring the production counter had working according to the algorithm.-Identify the roof cause and troubleshooting when problem was occurred.-Expose to the surface mounting technology (SMT) and production process flow for power supply, transformer and DCAC inverter.-Prepare SOPP for the software developed.
