- Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc) and Software support (install, configure and upgrade software)- Network administrator responsible for: • Design and build the internal network (ability to expand and modify the existing networks) • Connect and configure all new network devices • Troubleshooting and maintenance of network • Support all network users (permissions, accessibility, etc)- Administrator of telephone billing system and finger print device, responsible for create new accounts, manage existing users and daily/weekly/monthly reports- Project coordinator responsible for manage, control and distribute all incoming, processed and outgoing content (books, journals, thesis, etc)- Control the primary and secondary internet connections usage and credit

- Network administrator responsible for: • Design and build the internal network (ability to expand and modify the existing networks) • Connect and configure all network devices • Troubleshooting and maintenance of network • Support all network users (permissions, accessibility, etc)- Hardware (computers, printers, plotters, faxes, scanners, etc) and Software support (install, configure and upgrade Software)- Administrator of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) using ZyIMAGE software which consist of ZyScan, ZyIndex and ZyFind programs- “Document Controller” responsible for all official submissions to client, sub-contractors and suppliers (letters, drawings, documents, agreements, payments, etc) and project’s handing over- Coordination between projects’ members- Control, retention and maintain the archive
