I am a CCNA-certified IT System Administrator with a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information from Zagazig University. I have more than two years of experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructure and security for leading pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.At Tiba Manzalawi Group, I work with a team of IT professionals to ensure the optimal performance and availability of the network systems and devices, troubleshoot and resolve any network issues, and implement network policies and procedures. I have contributed to the successful completion of several network projects, such as upgrading the network hardware and software, configuring the network security settings, and optimizing the network bandwidth and speed.
