Re-organise the company to handle brands such as Red Bull, DongPeng, Carabao, Nestle & other food products such as LaiYiFen, Lays, rice and oil from Evergrande brand.ii. Set criteria in Distributor recruitment and distributor management including KPI setting & incentive scheme to drive results.iii. People management : Organise weekly sales meeting, daily sales report, inculcate accountability among sales people.iv.
