Job description:1. Preparation of corporate tax computation, estimated chargeable income, submission of tax return and review of assessment finalised by IRAS; 2. Preparation of personal tax computation & submission of tax return, and tax clearance; 3. Advise clients on potential tax risks and perform tax planning to maximise tax saving and cashflow;4. Attend to IRAS' tax query and compliance routine review (review Company compliance to Income Tax Act); 5. Advise on the withholding tax matters such as the tax implications (domestic tax legislation and double tax agreement in between 2 countries) for types of remittance, as well assist in submission of the withholding tax;6. Lead and conduct GST Assisted Self-help Kit (self assess GST submission and error discovery) and renewal of Major Exporter Scheme;7. Assist in GST Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (review GST control framework and corporate governance);8. Assist management in improving of the existing work procedures;9. Being part of business development team to help to grow the company and provide tax advisory services in special assignment eg. Group restructuring;10. Provide guidance and walkthrough for new staff in accordance with the Company’s practice and application of appropriate tax treatments.
