As a seasoned BIM Manager with over a decade of experience in the AEC industry, I've dedicated my career to mastering the art and science of Building Information Modeling. My journey began with a strong foundation in civil engineering, which gradually evolved into a passion for digital construction and BIM technologies. Starting out as a Structural Engineer, I focused on structural detailing and project execution. My path took an exciting turn when I joined Saudi Binladin Group, leading the Structural BIM team on the Third Expansion of the Holy Mosque in Mecca. This role taught me the intricacies of spatial coordination clash detection, allowing me to deliver zero-clash models and detailed drawings using Revit and Navisworks. In my roles as a Lead BIM Engineer at SSH Design and BIM Consultant at Active Brains Consulting Group, I delved deeper into BIM workflows, developing my knowledge of BIM best practices and utilization of cloud BIM solutions like BIM360. I gained extensive knowledge of BIM standards like ISO 19650, ensuring that our information management practices were top-notch.Now, as a BIM Manager at Mfaheem Al E'mar, I focus on managing the digital delivery process across a portfolio of projects. I develop strategies and working plans to ensure the quality of our models coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, cost-effective design solutions.In addition to my BIM expertise, I have a strong background in Python development, and I'm especially interested in generative design and its application across multiple industries. I also have strong knowledge of using game engines to visualize, simulate and build real time experiences from building models. I’m passionate about working with professionals who are as dedicated to advancing the AEC industry as I am.
