I'm always seeking new opportunities to demonstrate how well-planned change interventions, using the latest Technology Enhanced Learning tools, result in swift and lasting changes to behaviour and culture. At VCX I created a fully compliant, elegant, blended learning solution encompassing 9 eLearning modules. I have become an expert in utilising the full features of Learning Management Systems and production of engaging infographic video content. That being said, and as proud as i am of our training content, it will only be 10%-30% effective. Deep learning (the other 70%!) happens when frontline staff return to their customer conversations equipped with a purpose built toolkit to embed the new behaviours and required new ways of working. I launched the website www.vulnerable-customers.co.uk that showcases the solution and the eLearning content including The Signpost Vulnerability Toolkit. I featured in an ITN Industry News program for innovations in understanding the mental health of customers in a post-covid world.
