I’m a senior-level professional with extensive experience leading show production, event coordination, and bar management in a broad and diverse range of environments. I’m creative, multifaceted, and strategic - I wear many hats and I pride myself on my ability to get my hands dirty. Entertainment is my passion and my range of expertise extends throughout corporate operations, multimedia production, business administration, financial management, and team leadership.In my previous role as Corporate Entertainment Director for Grupo Andersons, I led corporate-wide entertainment operations for an international restaurant concept group with locations spanning throughout Mexico, South America, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Prior to my tenure, the group’s entertainment department was non-existent and upon my arrival, I played an instrumental role in establishing the department as a foundational co-creator. I utilized my background and expertise in collaborative brainstorming over all initial concepts, I assisted with developing comprehensive manuals to set the standards of all entertainment operations, and I seamlessly incorporated all corporate processes and protocols to launch a fully functional entertainment department that was integrated with a multi-national corporate enterprise.In my most recent role with Señor Frog's in NYC, I directed all entertainment personnel (MCs, DJs, Servers) for a bar and restaurant with a 350-seat maximum occupancy. In addition to managing event production, I oversaw utilization of a $28K monthly entertainment budget.I’m goal-oriented and constantly seeking to exceed my own personal expectations.
