Conduct the execution of highly complex high voltage projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with the company's procedures, project scope, human and material resources, contract specifications, quality standards, health requirements, risk mitigation, communication, safety and environment, project integration, cost/profitability targets and established deadlines, aiming to obtain financial results and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities in this position:1. Define, together with the project planning and control area, all project documentation, including financial scope and milestones, schedules and the risk and opportunity management plans involved.2. Plan, monitor and control the project activities, maximizing the established cash flow, considering the planning of critical stages and ensuring enough for the continuity of the project development, seeking to optimize the use of the company's resources.3. Identify, qualify, quantify and manage risk and ensure that all opportunities are identified and met by capturing, analysing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project.4. Understand the conditions of the contracts, as well as the contractual impacts of changes and/or increments in the development and result of the project, including warnings of risks of negative impact on financial margin, performance and risk factors.5. Ensure that Prysmian's commitments to the customer are met in accordance with established contracts.6. Actively develop contacts with various organizational levels in clients, including executive levels, to meet project objectives.7. Negotiate changes in the scope of projects with multiple participants, including impacts and the search for additional sales to increase margins and reduce exposure risks.

Project Management, especially electrical infrastructure, which encompasses the following activities:- Scope management: Participation in the discussion about the technical proposals presented to clients with the Offering area, participating in the preparation of the Technical Specifications that will make up the RFP for the quotation process of the executing partners, actively participating in the discussions to prepare the contracts (partners and client), as well as managing scope and changes throughout the project life cycle.- Time management: Preparation of the physical schedule together with the Offering team, influencing the final proposal presented to clients, negotiating with the support of Procurement the schedules to be agreed with partners, ensuring compliance with the final project delivery schedule for the customer.- Risk Management: Carrying out qualitative risk analysis, mitigation action plan and management throughout the life of the project.- Resource management: Defining the project team, allocating them to positions and managing them.- Cost management: Manage the project's DRE and ensure implementation within predefined costs.- Communication and integration management: Preparation of the communication plan with interested parties and ensuring compliance throughout the project.
