-Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs-Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning-Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met-Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention-Adhere to company, regulatory, and commercial, requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary-Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement-Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO-Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term-Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability-Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting-Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.-Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.-Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.-Ensure resource availability and allocation.-Develop a detailed project plan to track progress-Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.-Report and escalate to management as needed.-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.-Perform risk management to minimize project risks.-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

-Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to construction processes.-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.-Perform the required inspections as per the approved “Inspection Test Plan”.-Developing and implementing quality standards.-Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.-Attend all inspections with client/contractor representatives. -Prepare daily QC reports regarding inspections, material, and Non-conformance.-Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.-Develop and establish quality procedures and systems for inspecting plans, quality trends, statistical plan price estimates, and technical quality proposal plans.

-Implementing and monitoring all mechanical-related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.-Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. -Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.-Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the Mechanical workgroups at the site.-Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works for Electrical and civic groups.-Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at the site.-Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.

-Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical groups at the site.-Ensures that all the works have been done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.-Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.-Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.-Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time-Collaborate with the cost control and planning department in preparing the daily progress reports

Conducted the summer training at Hassan Abdullah Al-Qahtani factory,Abha
