Project: 1- Shaza Riyadh Hotel (Five-star) (3B+G+12+3R) (240 Million SR) 2 -Al Safa Commercial Complex (B+G+2+R) (18 Million SR) My staff:Senior Architect Engineer, Architect Inspector, Qs , Senior Electrical Engineer, SURVEYOR, Site Secretary, Senior Mechanical Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, document controller, Senior Structure Engineer, Two Civil Inspectors, Civil Engineer Project Overview:• On an area 10,000 m2 it contains a wonderful five star tower for SHAZA group of hotels owned by Al Rajhi Investments, located at Riyadh KSA. Project consists of towers for hotel with 3B+G+12F+R and parking, landscaping. • On an area 3,000 m2 commercial complex with B+G+2F+R.Responsibilities:• Coordinate work load of each Site Engineer and supervisor, and maintain reports for all disciplines.• Review and coordinate all related discipline design drawings (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural).• Review and approves all related discipline to finalize shop drawing reviews against the design drawings.• Identify conflicts between the design requirements and/or existing conditions that may require a clarification or change, and coordinate with the Client.• Ensure that the Contractor complies with drawings and design, material and workmanship standards.• Issue site instructions to the Contractor on all corrective action to any deviations • Receive and release inspection requests with the related action.• Monitoring the EHS guidelines’ proper implementation at site and issuing NCR’s if required.• Review, comment and approve the method statement of construction proposed by the contractor.• Check progress and quality of work report.• Conduct and attends all meeting with contractor and client for design construction coordination to discuss on-going issues related to project quality, cost and time control.• Keep database for daily, weekly and monthly reports, work performed, Work inspection report.

My staff : Senior Architect Engineer ● Civil Engineer Senior Electrical Engineer ● Site Secretary Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities : Managing and directing the staff members of Consultant on site. Supervising the construction activities on site during all stages of the project. Action the financial approval of Contractor work. Planning the site office and organizing office equipment installation. Establish the site office documentation control system. Review the initial project submittals with the seniors in each Discipline. Documenting and coordinating with the design Project Manager on all required changes to construction drawings. Ensure that Contractors comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design, materials, and workmanship standards. Maintain a professional relationship with all Contractors and consultant site staff. Provide technical advice and issue instructions to the Contractor on all corrective action to non conformances and deviations from the contract document. Hold the regular meetings on site with the Contractor, such as coordination meeting and progress meeting.

-Ensuring that the concrete and all materials used are approved and as per the project specifications and used in the proper place.-Ensuring that the place where the concrete is poured is ready and has been Approved by the consultant-Managing the team work whose responsibility is providing concrete And all materials to sites-Following up concrete pouring.-Handling the quality control responsibilities’ in the sites prior concrete pouring
