Engin Can Çobanoğlu was born in Istanbul in 2000. He is originally from a Macedonian immigrant family.After graduating from Bayrampaşa Uğur High School, he graduated from Istanbul Kent University Social Services Department and received an associate degree. In 2020, he did his graduation internship in the field of Home Health Services of the Ministry of Health Eyüp Sultan State Hospital. He played soccer as an amateur during his school years. In 2014, he started his volunteer activities in Turkish Red Crescent. He served as Deputy Head of Branch Youth Branches in local status. In 2019, he continued his volunteer activities as Vice President of Young Red Crescent Istanbul. He is currently continuing his volunteer activities in Turkish Red Crescent.In 2021, he started working as Production Planning Officer at GVN Güven Cıvata company. Then he performed the same duty in Essan Gas Shock Absorber company. Starting his second term at GVN Güven Cıvata in 2023, Çobanoğlu continued his duty as Data Management Coordinator. He is currently working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Haksan Machine Tools.Çobanoğlu has been living in Bayrampaşa, where he was born and raised since 2000.
