Project Management Activities: Presenting New Project Management Approach and Pre-Analysis of Hybrid Model (Agile and Traditional Approach). I and my team will apply the new project management approach to pilot projects.2 - Speed IT Approach and Pre-Studies: Pre analysis and assessment of the organization project/portfolio and task management workflows. Investigation of Agile approaches for IT Transformation. Focused on the hybrid models. Pioneer of Agile Transformation.

Project Management Activities: Leading project teams for high-budget (more than 3M) and strategic projects of TEB BNPP and multiple small projects simultaneously. Reports to Deputy General Manager of IT as being escalation point for risks, dependencies in projects and process development issues. Report projects’ status & progress to C-level in steering committees periodically. (i.e. Technology Conversion/Transformation Projects, Mobile Applications, vs...)Program and Portfolio Management: Managing all projects/fast tracks in program or portfolio in order to gain the benefit and strategy goals by coordinating communication with the business accounts and technical teams. Evaluate the financial status and control the budget including the vendor participations. (i.e. IT-infra, Retail Banking CRM, Data Quality and HR Portfolio, Corporate Banking – Loans Operations and Insurance Program) Business Process Management: Developing studies in methodology procedures starting from Demand Management to Project Management processes through PPM tool. New reporting needs of Business and IT teams are being executed and new dashboards are applied for Business to see the progress in IT projects. Demand Management Activities: Execute TEB wide demand prioritization, planning and controlling the demand management processes and prepare the Master Plan of TEB regarding the IT Resource Capacity. Simulate the MP for consolidated business request lists and present the final planning results to C-level. Vendor/Partner Management Activities: Vendor requirements are collected and war room (if needed) is established according to the security policies. Manage and Direct #12-15 outsource resources in each strategic project. Performance data of resources are monitored periodically and the vendor management budget is directly controlled. Prepare all investment and audit committee for C-level.

• Reporting to Project Management Office (PMO)• Creating and executing project work plans and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Managing costs, risk, change and scope aspects of projects. • Ability to work in changing environments with changing resources and costs.• Coordinating the project teams from different departments (System, SW & HW engineering teams)• Responsible from Stakeholder/Client Management. • Maintaining detailed project schedules as project proceeds and making adjustments as needed to reflect activity progress and assure timing of key deliverables and milestones.• Acting as a link between customers and suppliers.• Business Development & Sales Management, prototypes & demo of proposed new products. • Strong analytic and business planning skills.• Forecasting long and short-range market potential in the targeted regions.• Developing and managing contracts for maximizing financial performance and minimizing risks• Preparing financial proposals for both the prototype and new products.

• Project coordinator of TUBITAK project (no:106E139, cost: 1M TL) • Reporting to the chairman of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Department of Doğuş University.• Developing detailed project plans and coordinating project activities. Coordinating relations with TUBITAK and different universities.• Coordinating and providing SW/HW requirements for the project.• Develop and implement cost-effective re-engineering for current mode concepts. • Conducting analysis & design of state-of-the art current mode circuit concepts. • Evaluate and prepare laboratory experiments and their documents for digital & analog circuit design, electrical circuits, digital and analog communication.• Preparing set-up for testing of the prototype chip.

- Reporting to the VP of R&D department. - Responsible from CRT, TFT-LCD and PDP IDTV projects. - Conducting the production processes; from prototype to mass production. - Working with various departments for the maintenance of the project roadmap.- Coordinating the first quality tests in Quality Dept. and reports them to both HW/SW groups.- Benchmarking on competitor TV manufacturers’ video quality. - Deciding the new components to be used in further cost-down project. - Coordinating and attending the field tests in Europe. - Visiting customers in Europe and acting as a link between customer and supplier.
