• Reporting to CEO• Actively management of all direct & sourcing activities and contracts for Newrest Parıltım in Turkey and Romania.(i.e, all administrative purchases, car rental, promotional materials, machinery purchases, logistics and customs, lab. equipment, production equipment, maintanence contracts, IT,Human Resources, hotel and flight agencies, foods, beverages, cleaning,...)• Sourcing, supplier selection, evaluation, continued development of companywide master supplier data on the basis of cross-functional teams to ensure that demand is met to the highest possible degree and to implement joint cost objectives from the outset.(6.100 SKU’s)• Management of the development of unit savings and KPIs and support measurement where needed• Preperation and control department budgets in the responsibility area.• Selecting, managing, assessing and promoting employees of their area of responsibility, to ensure long-term success with motivated employees.• Actively supporting employees in complex and difficult procedures to ensure the success of employees.• Planning and Controlling derivation of individual objectives (budget, target/actual) under the anticipated market situations to measure, report, control, and (where necessary)

• Responsible for sales, customer services, account management, pricing, contract management, operational documentation, sales planning, sales budgeting & forecasting and corporate identity in line with corporate guidelines and procedures.• Follow-up & evaluation of the new market and customer acquisition opportunities.• Regular service quality and customer satisfaction evaluation. • Regular margin & profitability analyses per customer and related actions. • Follow-up of trade receivables. • Benchmarking to measure competitive advantage on an ongoing basis and developing strong relationships with customers.

• Assuming responsibility for executing cost optimization projects, proposing new ideas in order to increase project margin, securing supplier pool and supports growth• Deciding which suppliers will be worked with and which financial conditions will be applied (e.g, payment term, penalty cost)• Arranging internal and external meetings mainly goal of cost reduction projects• Attending regional and global category teleconferences quarterly meetings to get the insight from teams located in other countries and also, sharing local best practices with others• Composing external suppliers and internal stakeholders and setting a relationship
