I wrote PPI (Plan position indicator) segmented angular graphic part with Java and OpenGL. In addition, I maintained the library. ACCS-ATMGW: (Air Traffic Management Gateway) Gateway for Air Traffic Messages, the project owner is NATO-NCIA. https://npc.ncia.nato.int/Pages/accs.aspx The project was installed on NATO Air Bases in Europe in 12 countries. I wrote a flight message parser with ANTLR library and AMHS message converter codes with Java, Eclipse RCP, C, and MySQL DB in CentOS. I wrote the necessary updates for the acceptance of the project. I designed the back-end and mobile UI. I wrote the front-end and back-end codes with Java, Spring Boot, Angular 5, and CouchDB. Also I integrated the project with the iyzico payment system.

PEROP: (Ministry of Finance Personnel General Directorate Staff Tracking) The project is owned by the Turkish Ministry of Finance.I worked as the senior developer and team leader. I prepared the requirements. We designed the front-end, back-end and database. I wrote the staff information screen codes with Java, Spring Boot, Ember JS, and PostGre SQL.

MOSIP: (Financial Automation System Project)The project belongs to the Turkish Social Security Institution.I initially started this project as a developer. I wrote the payment system web service codeswith Java, Spring, Hibernate, Ext-JS, IBM-DB2, and SOAP. Now, the system is used to processall kinds of payments, including pension payments.I designed and coded the e-Sign project and database. I used Java, Jswing, Applet, and MongoDB toperform this. Also, I wrote a digital archive for e-Sign documentation.
