This requires accessing the computerized billing system, verifying the necessary information, and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns or requests.d. As part of your role, you will investigate and address customer complaints regarding cab late arrivals or the unavailability of appropriate child seats. This may involve reviewing relevant records, communicating with drivers, and determining appropriate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle complaints promptly, empathetically, and professionally, aiming to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.e. Ensuring the timely dispatch of drivers is another important responsibility. You will be responsible for assigning drivers to the appropriate bookings, considering factors such as proximity, availability, and customer requirements. Efficiently managing the driver schedules and coordinating with them to ensure on-time arrivals at the designated locations is vital for providing reliable and quality service to customers.
