Projects ProfileI have worked as a Senior Project Engineer to follow some of the company projects which are:1- ‘’AL RAYYAN Stadium & Precinct – Main Construction Works’’- The FIFA World Cup Venues 20222- Salwa Beach Resort and Villas – The largest resort in the Middle East.3- Al Sayliyah army camp.Responsibilities:1- Developing methods, procedures, and plans for all project-related functions such as construction, procurement, administration, health and safety, and leading the associated implementation and supervision.2- Managing and controlling all tasks and activities of the project at all stages and conditions to ensure delivering the project's outcomes within the required time frame, budget, and quality.3- Controlling changes to the project's scope, variance factors, and changes to the project's budget, and producing a complete project final account detailing any variations.4- Controlling information distribution to all concerned parties and providing assistance in producing required and supporting documents such as construction method statements and drawings to be submitted to the client.5- Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, and equipment.6- Compiling and reviewing subcontractor packages.7- Supporting the design and placement of contracts with consultants for technical aspects of the project.Achievements:1- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems achieving a (70%) reduction in process time and error tolerance. 2- I have successfully planned and executed projects in a safe and compliant manner with safety essentials, and environmental requirements. 3- Through my diligent efforts in suggesting and crafting a Request for Information (RFI) in regard to modifying the shoulder configuration, I successfully managed to reduce costs by 10%.

Project ProfileDesign & construction of Medina Centrale; Infrastructure Department for (Medina Centrale) City consists of:1-Storm Water 2- Sanitary Drainage 3- Irrigation System 4-Chilled Water 5-CCTV System 6- Building Management7- Solid Waste 8- Potable Water 9-Telecom System 10-LPG System 11-11KV System 12- External Small PowerResponsibilities:1- Ensured that all operations were being executed as per the standard construction methods and procedures complied with standards and regulations, and adopted all safety precautions, permits, and licenses prior to work commencement.2- Led the completion of all required tasks on time and requested modifications in plans and schedules as needed.3- Met with subcontractors to discuss technical matters and agreed on deadlines, specifications, time frames, procedures, and methods to be followed, and followed up on their work progress regularly.4- Ensured adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost, and safety.5- Ensured the provision of suitable resources, and equipment requirements, and dealt with any shortages or inconveniences in materials or equipment.6- Consulted with Architects, Engineering Professionals, and other professionals, Technical and Trades Workers.Achievements: 1- I successfully managed, controlled, executed, and closed out the works related to the infrastructure systems in line with company procedures, client requirements, approved standards, and regulations of the government authorities such as KAHRAMAA (Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation), QTEL (Qatar Telecom), Qatar Cool, QCS “Qatar Construction Standard” as well as international standards. 2- Obtained a 15% margin of the overall total budget of the project. 3- Gained high client satisfaction for accuracy, finishing on time, and following the site instructions during the project's different phases.

Project Profile:Development of Cairo-Alexandria desert road. The project consisted of:1- Construction of Bridges at Cairo - Alexandria desert road2- Construction of service buildings & Construction of Highway RoadsResponsibilities: 1- Reviewed all shop drawings and ensured that the work was executed accordingly. 2- Followed specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures. 3- Monitored changes to designs and negotiated variations to designs 4- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors. 5- Planned, scheduled, conducted, and coordinated the technical and management aspects of the project. 6- Negotiated with subcontractors to ensure the project was completed on time and within budget 7- Coordinated labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, and equipment. 8- Operated and implemented work programs for sites and ensured adherence to performance standards, quality, cost, and safety. 9- Ensured compliance of project operations with HSE standards.Achievements: 1- I achieved more than 5 million safe hours for the project detour without any traffic accidents. 2- Executed the project (earthwork, asphalt, road paint, road makers, signboards, and cable barriers) including all underground utilities (drainage & storm water) networks within the desired time frame and quality. 3- I achieved a one-month early handing-over for the project, with cost profits of 5%, and achieved the desired purpose. I was able to design and solve engineering problems.

Project Profile: 1] Construction of two warehouses with attached two offices. 2] Precast concrete fence with guard rooms, gate rooms, and electric rooms.Responsibilities: 1- Developed reports and presentations & Proposed New Documentation, Formats, Flowcharts, and AutoCAD Sketches. 2- Supervised and made inspections of site work and submission of RFI. Reviewed results of cube test and soil test. 3- Managed Measured Extra Work (MEW) and related Service Orders. 4- Prepared the attachments of the invoice. Making the final report.Achievements: 1- Performed a safe working hours during the project different phases. 2- Reduced Contractor claims and variations by closely monitoring the contract. 3- Reduced construction non-conformity to a level of the client’s requirement.

Project Profile: Installation of 400 K.V. Power line Responsibilities: 1- Quantity Survey, Submitting Claims & Variation Reports Visibility Study. 2- Prepared Main Contractor Final Statement, Cost Estimating, and Monthly Cost Report. 3- Prepared Daily, Monthly Progress Reports and Monthly Planning Reports. 4- Prepared Joint Measurement certificate (JMC) and the attachments of the progress invoice 5- Prepared Final Consumption Report and Material Requisition Report. 6- Prepared Concrete test cylinder report and controlled the quality of work. 7- Made all arrangements for the transportation of material 8- Controlled site work (Civil work – Erection work – Stringing work) 9- Coordinated with the consultant and made the final reportProject Profile:Supply and installation of 132 K.V. underground cablesResponsibilities: 1- Executed the work as per the contract and approved shop drawings, ensuring checks were carried out regularly 2- Provided accurate records, sketch drawings, and daily progress of the activities 3- Reviewed the survey work according to drawings 4- Management of safety materials and equipment 5- Supervised the excavation work, backfilling, and surface reinstatement 6- Executed the reinforced concrete elements including:(Joint bay - Manholes - Cover Slabs - Foundations at substation) 7- Implemented Surface Reinstatement (Highway Construction Roads)

Project Profile: Finishing work of Villas (Block-Plaster-Painting-Tiles-Gypsum Board- etc….).Responsibilities: 1- Ensured the site has adequate resources to complete the tasks. 2- Checked plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations 3- Controlled and supervised the site activities & coordinated with the consultant. 4- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site. 5- Supervised and inspected the site works.
