- Responsible for Production, Maintenance and Reservoir Engineering. - New projects.- Evaluation and Booking of Natural Resources according to National Bureau of Energy Resources- Exploratory area manager. Exploratory and exploitation Contracts, economics and technical negotiations.- Subcontracting: environmental assessments, engineering geochemistry, satellite services for prospecting, seismic recording, and data processing, geophysical and geological services, etc.- Simulation softwares

- Checked and validated technical data on facilities (wells, plants, batteries, Electrical Power Substations and distribution) for all over the country. - Wrote and Reviewed technical standards produced by the department.- Reliability- Assessment on the artificial lift technologies for all the YPF-Argentina fields.- Evaluation of new technologies.

- At first, I spent 4 months as a Well Production Supervisor in the field.- I was in charge of more than 100 wells in the field.- Designed and monitored different technologies in artificial lift systems: BP- PCP- Electrical Submersible Pump- Designed and monitored pulling, flush by and work-over operations in field.- Calculated Index of Productivity curves, in order to simulate 1000 wells for all the area (PROSPER). - Proposed production optimizations with technical and economic evaluations.- Monitored the production issues, index, control management, budget, etc.

- Studied the feasibility of new projects (more than 20 MMusd projects) in order to increase the natural reserves and resources of energy. (oil and gas) - We collected and analysed all the information: geological (electrical measurements), petrophysics (electrical measurements), historical operation data, etc.

- Managed a technical team: Electrical, instrumentation and control system (I&C) and mechanical specialists (as Engineering Planner).- Budget tracking. - KPI´s- Led the SAP-PM implementation on Pepsi plant. - Belonged to PEPSICO Quality Team- In charge of ADF (Failure Analysis - Total Productive Maintenance methods) (RCA).- Implemented TPM ‘Planned Maintenance’ pillar- Part of South America team in a wide project in order to assess all the data and redefine the optimal plans for Maintenance.
