He spent several years with overhead crane company Reading Crane and Engineering, where he excelled in sales, service, engineering, and management. While there, Matt ran large dollar jobs and quickly became the main account manager for several high-profile clients. As an invaluable part of the Steadfast team, Matt manages sales, oversees suppliers and sourcing, coordinates operations, incorporates technology and company values, and strategizes for future growth.
