Let's be honest, LinkedIn profiles are 'vanity projects.' We must remember that regardless of how impressive certain profiles may seem, we would not be where we are without the help of others that equally care about their careers. A functioning team with a united vision is unstoppable. Adam has worn a few hats over his many years in electronics manufacturing. He began his Engg journey as a DFMA Engineer for global contract manufacturer Keytronic where he supported high-yield manufacturing of 206 unique circuit assemblies. There he strongly assisted corporate quoting teams to win over business by making good on promises to improve manufacturing yields for new customers. Adam went on to work for an OEM lighting company where he created tools to improve quality 14 times over while increasing throughput 2 1/2 times. Adam then worked for a contract manufacturer which is world famous for its sophisticated rework, flip chip, wire bonding, and quick turn business. There he led Tooling Design and Test Engineering efforts. Presently you will find Adam at Harvard Bioscience which makes the best tools for the world's best bioscientists. Here he assists global design teams, works with electronic suppliers to improve yields, and does everything possible to improve field reliability on very complex and critical scientific apparatus. Adam enjoys engaging and sharing beneficial knowledge with his industry connections. He is driven to add value to the industry and help Engineers be successful in their roles. He has spoken at international electronics industry events, taught multilayer PCB fabrication class for University of Minn, and has been awarded Mentor of the Year. He volunteers time to help High Tech entrepreneurs compete in MN Cup, a venture competition hosted by U of MN Carlson School of Business. Elected President for Upper Midwest Chapter Surface Mount Technology Association, the leading electronics manufacturing industry association with 1,051 Chapter members.
