I have been working with Dassault's Systeme's 3DExperience Platform since the start of my engineering career. In my current role, I share my knowledge and experience with customers looking for solutions to their Design Engineering and Manufacturing needs.I have a rare combination of skills that fit perfectly in this PLM consulting space. For one, my background in mechanical engineering with manufacturing experience on the shop floor helps me understand the needs of design engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and product lifecycle management teams. Secondly, my background in software helps me understand the workflows and challenges managed by IT admins, software developers, software architects, cloud architects, data analytics, and product owners. These two engineering domains are sometimes very isolated from one another.I often help customers facilitate their internal road mapping of what their digital continuity will or should look like by helping their various engineering team understand each other's needs. I faced similar challenges as many of our customers in the past so I understand the complexity of the issues and have a perspective on how to problem-solve them. I love the challenges brought to us regularly as it continues to challenge me and help me grow. In charge of infrastructure for applications hosted on AWS services for product development of Rivian’s vehicles- Rivian host 3DExprience on a variety of AWS services including EC2, S3,RDS,EFS,Lamda, Route53,IAM, etc. My role is to support the infrastructure of the various applications we manage. I ensure the end users can design, review, and document their work for the Rivian vehicles.- Support community of over 3000 CAD users. I helped them with issues they encountered while working with 3Dexperience ( CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA). My work includes troubleshooting issues such as; network, software installs, user errors, sharing knowledge, and reporting software bugs for software providers.- Administer Licenses and manage usage for 3DExperience by using rules, groups, and roles set on the DSLS admin tool- Lead infrastructure solutions architect for DFMEA authoring tool Plato hosted on AWS. Over 500 users required access and support. I installed and upgraded the software version for each release, instantiated multiple environments (development, training, staging, production)- Infrastructure support for 3DExperience to Teamcenter integration for TechnoMatix software for the manufacturing team POC- License management for Cameo TWC- Infrastructure support for 3DExperience to OrCAD integration for electrical team POC

- Responsible for developing vehicle subassembly processes: Doors, Fasicas, Tires and Wheels, Subframes, Underhood Module, Chassis-to-Body Marriage Prep, & Front-End Module- Supported design and development of the 1st model “FF-91” vehicle by working cross-functionally with all engineering, vehicle packaging, supplier quality, supply chain, and program management teams. I was responsible for reviewing and approving all design changes proposed by design teams that impacted the vehicle subassembly processes.- Supported the design of various factory layouts for primary vehicle production while keeping later model integration in mind.- Responsible design for manufacturing (DFM) for sub-assemblies of the 2nd model “FF-81” - Improved assembly processes by testing and validating plans during Beta and Gamma phases of the vehicle build- Trained the plant team members on the process and equipment before handing over a completed station to the plant operations team.- Integral member of core team to develop and define key metrics used to show success and progress of validated assembly processes before handing off ready-to-use process to plant operations team- Responsible for review and approval of all vehicle parts and manufacturing equipment within all sub-assembly processes

Manufactured lightweight Composite Aircraft Components.Worked with motor mount team in the design and manufacturing of both female and male molds.3-D printed female molds, which is the most current method of manufacturing motor mounts.Fabricated male molds out of dense foam, which were cut using a 2 axis CNC hotwire.Introduced new methods to stiffen the front fairing by using a two-step wet layup process. Collaborated to write and edit aircraft design report and place 11th out of 80 schools around the world.*Won 1st place nationally, 2nd internationally at AIAA Design Build and Fly Competition, Tucson, Arizona, April 2015.
