I am very honored to now hold the position of President for Kestrel Corporation. The work we are doing to detect Chemicals, Explosives and eventually Biologicals at standoff will be key to keeping our Men and Women in uniform safe. The same is true for our work in Adaptive Optics and Multispectral Imaging. These 3 technologies are critical to Situational Awareness and the level of expertise we bring to bear is good, solid, important work. It's my privilege to be a part of this team.

At Kestrel Corporation we continue doing great work in very interesting fields with a primary goal of keeping our war fighters and everyday Americans safe. The rate at which contracts continue to come in is increasing significantly. In the last year we have more than doubled the size of our Operations Group and continue to grow. In September of last year I was promoted to the position of Vice President, Operations.We have an amazing group of Scientists, Engineers, Technicians and Program Managers and I can't tell you how much I look forward to the coming years thwarting the bad guys and continuing to move our technologies closer to commercialized applications.

Well...... since I've been here for over a year now I guess it's high time I update my LinkedIn profile. Obviously, I am not a power LinkedIn user! At Kestrel, we have some cutting edge, possibly paradigm shifting, technologies aimed at detecting what the bad guys are up to from a distance. We also do advanced imaging including hyperspectral imaging, adaptive optical systems and wavefront sensing.These days I am getting more involved in Project and Program Management and further developing the company and our technologies with an eye toward commercialization. I'm having an absolute blast and am honored to work with this group of people. Can't wait to see how far we can take it!

G3 provides complete Performance and Value Diagnostics with follow on business services including Capital Acquisition, Business Brokerage, Transaction Agency Services, and wide ranging business services through our Service Partners and Consultant Member groups.

Services included Equipment Repair, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Process Engineering and Custom Equipment Design and Build. Representative Custom Equipment Design and Build Projects include:* An Adaptive Optics System * A Hyperspectral Retinal Imaging System * A Large Scale Aspheric Lens Molding System * A Bone Wax Dispensing and Packaging System * An Automated Wastewater Treatment System to allow sewering of wastewater from a high volume powder coating operation.

As an Independent Business Consultant I was contracted to save at-risk franchises. I achieved an 82% turnaround rate and was the featured speaker at the 2006 Annual Conference.

Granite Transformations installs Granite Encasements over existing surfaces, most commonly countertops. The business was opened with a Unique Business Model. The business was for sale before it was even open. I had a goal of building and selling the business within 5 years. The business became profitable within 3 months and was sold within 2 ½ years. Year 1 sales were over $850,000 and almost $1.4 million in year 2.

LightPath Technologies was taken public and relocated to Albuquerque in 1996 with a problem. The inventors of their only product, Gradium Glass®, had resigned and left the company with almost no manufacturing knowledge and very little documentation. As their new Director of Manufacturing it was my responsibility to recreate the process and build a manufacturing facility. Once the Gradium Glass® line was stabilized I was asked to also take responsibility for an R&D program to develop new product lines, including different Optical Glass Families and Fiber Optic Collimators for the telecommunications market. This required the development of brand new technologies in Precision Molded Optics, Laser Fusion, Laser Lens Aspherization and Automated Testing. It was then my staff’s responsibility to design, build and maintain 20 manufacturing cells as well as the 12,000 square foot Class 1000 Clean Room that the process required.I was then primarily tasked with business development on the technical side. With my teammates on the sales and business side we grew the business through acquisition and expansion to operate locations in 3 states and had strategic sales and manufacturing partnerships in Japan, China and Germany
